YOUR ELOPEMENT INCLUDES
♡ 1.5 hours, up to 20 guests
♡ Venue - White Oaks Resort & Spa, located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, outdoor ceremony in their lush gardens (back up indoor room if inclement weather), up to 20 chairs for your guests
♡ Ontario-registered wedding Officiant & customized ceremony - that's me - Shannon
♡ elopement specialist, we take care of all the details
♡ professional photographer Angelo Sertsis - fully edited 100 image gallery
♡ modern décor – the vibe leans toward lush greenery in natural woven baskets, gold accents and dreamy candlelight
♡ blooms by Lauren at Biggar Blooms Flower Farm, neutral palette – bouquet (or 2), and boutonnière (or 2) – to be shared with all couples that day
♡ two witnesses (if you need them)
♡ virtual rehearsal the week before your elopement
♡ all legal copies of your Marriage Registration and License completed, signed, and mailed

HOW IT WORKS
Our Pop Up Elopement day at White Oaks features four thoughtfully scheduled ceremony times, designed to create a relaxed, seamless, and fully supported experience for every couple.
CEREMONY TIMES
11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
To reserve your ceremony, visit our contact page, tell us a bit about you, select your top two preferred time slots. We'll reach out to you, schedule a virtual chat to go over all the details (and get to know one another!). A $200 retainer holds your spot. All reservations will be confirmed by May 15, 2026, or sooner.
Once your ceremony time is confirmed, your deposit is applied toward the remaining balance of your elopement experience. This process allows us to keep our Pop Up Elopement Days well-priced, fair to all, and accessible, while giving you plenty of time to send out invitations and invite up to 20 of your favourite people to celebrate with you (or not, and keep it just you!)

♡ blooms by Monika at Flower Grove Farm – autumn palette of rich orange, coral, & pink with gold accents and dreamy candlelight, bouquet (or 2), and boutonnière (or 2) – to be shared with all couples that day
